FOR YOUR FEET
Soak in saltwater
Salt pulls moisture out of your skin, reducing the amount of bacteria that can survive there. In a tub or large bowl of warm water, dissolve 1/2 to 1 c kosher salt. Soak your feet for 20 minutes. Do this every day for two weeks.
Add some vinegar
If you want to create an inhospitable environment for bacteria, bathe your tootsies in vinegar. It has a drying effect so the bacteria starve. Mix one part vinegar with two parts water in a tub or large bowl. Soak your feet for 30 minutes once a day for a week.
Invite your feet to tea
t also acts as a natural antibiotic, killing the bacteria on your feet. Add two black tea bags to 1 pint of water and boil for 15 minutes. Add 2 quarts of cool water, and then pour the solution into a tub or large bowl. Soak your feet for 30 minutes. Do this once a day for a week.
